Gulity Pleasures...
Well here we go everyone... Let's do it and press that STOP button and breathe... It is time to down tools and take a little time out and indulge on all those things that float your boat, tick your boxes and make you feel on top of the world! This December why not reward and pamper yourself like never before. If we feel good then we will be in a better situation to make others feel good too.
So what are your guilty pleasures? There are no right or wrong answers and I promise not to tell anyone. I must admit that I love little sparkly things... Bring on the bling, oh yes! And thanks to a very special family member George, I am now a fan of Spas, which for me is the perfect way to recharge and eliminate negative energy allowing new ideas and thoughts of creativity to flow through my body so I am buzzing with a 'lets go and conquer' mentality.
Being kind to ourselves is very important. I remember someone once saying to me: "You are too hard on yourself". I really didn't understand what she meant and I didn't appreciate the true benefits of taking care of oneself. This isn't about ego but it is about being grateful for everything around you and for the many choices we are lucky to have and believing that it's OK to be nice to yourself. In fact it would be ungrateful not to enjoy and celebrate whatever guilty pleasures we may have... Go on, whatever your guilty pleasures are... enjoy because 'you're worth it'!
This December we have a bumper issue with a competition and a give-away plus lots of tips to enjoy those guilty pleasures but I must also take this opportunity to say a very big thank you for all the support and encouragement you have shown me and The Riviera Woman - who would mean nothing, be nothing, without you! Thank you.
