Hello All,

First of all, an enormous "Thank You" to those of you who attended the first session of THE AMBER CLUB. Many thanks also to those of you who sent messages to say you couldn't make it. Much appreciated.

NEXT MEETING: will be on Friday February 10th, at 2.00 pm in St. Paul's library 22 Av. Grand Bretagne, Monaco. Please try to arrive on time.

As promised this is a brief recap on our first meeting on Friday 27th 2012:

We started with a brief meditation to prepare us for our first session.
Anna Fill of "www.therivierawoman.com" my partner on this venture, was present to lend a helping hand.

I answered the frequently asked question: "What made you write Redefining Amber?"
I wrote the book to share the knowledge that you can survive and triumph in the face of adversity.
Because of the response I've received from so many women and because I believe ordinary women can achieve extraordinary things, The Amber Club was created to Encourage and Inspire Women to move forward past the Adversity they may have encountered in their lives, Embrace the change that is taking place and be the very best that they can be.

The website www.redefiningamber.com is being revamped to include THE AMBER CLUB and will be up and running by the end of February THANKS to Anna. For those of you who are on Facebook, you can go on the THE AMBER CLUB Facebook Page and leave a comment. Otherwise you can E-Mail me your comments on danicarew@redefiningamber.com and Anna will place it on THE AMBER CLUB page.

OUR FIRST EVENT:

The Amber Ladies Day, is scheduled for Friday July 6th at L'Hippodrome Cagnes sur Mer, France. Further details of the event will follow. It is a very exciting programme.

A discussion on Adversity and Overcoming Adversity followed.
The meeting closed on an upbeat note.
