Ready Steady Here We Go...
And so here we are... A very Happy New Year to you!
I know that every year we wonder where the previous year went but this time I am saying where did the last 10 years go? The Riviera Woman celebrates 10 years later this year and it's incredible to think of how the magazine has developed and grown over the past decade, having started from humble beginnings.
One of the most wonderful things about running the online magazine has been the people I have met and those who have contributed and the inspiration I have personally drawn from every experience. The Riviera Woman has achieved great things by always remaining true and not feeling as though we must go in any one particular direction. The challenges we have overcome and problems have been stepping stones to interesting solutions. There has never been a dull day in The Riviera Woman land.
And so we knuckle down and see what is in store not just for this year but hopefully the next 10 years, and whatever does happen we will try and make it as fun as possible.
I am going to leave you at this point with this thoughtful quote from G.K. Chesterton...
“The object of a new year is not that we should have a new year. It is that we should have a new soul.”
