Clafoutis Aux Cerises

Clafoutis Aux Cerises
  Serves 6 People

Ingrédients:

4 oeufs
65 g de farine
75 g de sucre
1 sachet de sucre vanille
15cl de lait
Environ 500 g de cerises non dénoyautés

 

Ingredients:

4 eggs
65 g of flour
75 g of sugar
1 "sachet" of vanilla sugar
15cl of milk
Approximately 500 g of cherries not stoned

 

Préparation:

Verser dans un plat creux 75g de sucre, le sachet de sucre vanillé, une pincée de sel, puis les 4 oeufs entiers, mélanger le tout à l'aide d'un robot ou d'un fouet.
Incorporer ensuite petit à petit, le lait, puis la farine. Battre le tout énergiquement.
Laisser reposer la pâte 10 minutes.
Beurrer un moule et préchauffer le four, thermostat 6-7.
Laver les cerises, les égoutter
Garnir le moule de cerises. Ajoute la pâte.
Mettre au four 50 minutes voir un peu plus.
 


NB: A vous de voir si vous préférez dénoyauter les cerises, pour ma part un clafoutis aux cerises sans les noyaux n'est pas un clafoutis!

Preparation:

Pour into a dish 75g of sugar, the vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt, then 4 whole eggs, mix the whole with a robot or using a whip.
Then add little by little, the milk, the flour. Beat quite energetically.
Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes.
Butter a mould and preheat the oven, 180°C.
Wash cherries, drain them.
Fill the mould with cherries and add mixture.
Put in the oven 45-50 minutes or a little more.
 


NB: In my opinion, I prefer not to stone cherries. "un clafoutis" is not a cherries baked batter cake without the stones. It's up to you.
