Interview: Liz Morgan

On a gloriously sunny late January day The Riviera Woman visited Liz Morgan, the British radio and TV actress, at her villa in Vence where she was directing rehearsals for an Olde Tyme Music Hall production to be held at the Antibea Theatre at the end of January 2010. At the time I met her the show was only two days away and preparations were at an advanced stage, with cast members having arrived from England the day before and the house filled with equipment, props and people.

During a break in the busy day Liz was kind enough to spare ten minutes to chat about her background, about Music Hall and about this particular production. Click the video to start.

Here some of the cast are rehearsing one of the well-known numbers dating to the time of the First World War - hence the aprons and bandages.

Special thanks also goes to the International Club for supporting the event.
