Robert Redford

Tuesday, September 4th, 2012 – Celebrated American actor, film director, producer, environmentalist, philanthropist and founder of the Sundance Film Festival, Mr Robert Redford and his wife Sibylle Szaggars were at the Gala organized by ARCOLMAG for the second édition of the exhibition ARTERNATIVELIGHT 2 at the Chapiteau de Fontvielle.

They were the  godfathers of this event for a silent auction of works of art by 20 artists including Robert Redford, benefiting the Albert II Fondation, FightAids, Monaco Aide & Presence and the ARCOL Art & Creativity program. The actor has always considered painting his "first love", another side of his multifaceted personality. The ARTERNATIVELIGHT 2 exhibition will be open to the public from September 12 to 16, and part of the sales will benefit the same listed associations.
