SALLE DES ETOILES WELCOMED 300 STARS MICHELIN IN A REAL OPEN MARKET

On Saturday, November 17th at mid-day, the Salle des Etoiles in Monaco became an open market with 40 worldwide renowned chefs offering gourmet delicacies to the selected guests, as one of the events over 3 days conmemorating the 25 years of his landmark restaurant in the Principality, Le Louis XV. 

HSH Prince Albert with Alain Ducasse

HSH Prince Albert honored Mr Ducasse with his presence visiting one and every stall and participating in the tasting. For the ocassion Alain Ducasse gathered 240 chefs from 25 countries and five continents for a total of 300 Michelin stars. The celebrations will continue this evening with a gala dinner in the Salle Empire.
