The Club of Foreign Residents of Monaco (CREM) organised a visit to the newly built « Le Simona » guided by real state developper Patrice Pastor himself. These avant garde two elegant towers connected by a refined glass footbridge, 179 m high with 19 floors certainly stands out besides the Princess Antoinette Parc bursting with its centenary olive trees.

In a small country like the Principality the lack of and expensive building land promotes the densification of plots, so vertical development becomes a solution. This original building designed by French Architect Jean-Pierre Lott has people wondering about the design in front of the windows that seem to obstruct the incredible panoramic view over the Monaco bay. But Patrice Pastor explains that the objective was not to be seen from the outside, so it is ideal for those residents for whom total privacy is more important.
