The most wonderful thing about turning back the clocks at this time of the year, is that we have one more hour to enjoy the beautiful seasonal changes. Gentle mists veil the horizon and as wildlife prepares to snooze, nature's treats are never ending... The winter harvest begins... Chestnuts, mushrooms and olives are in abundance. It may be November and temperatures have fallen but we are still gifted with a warm glow every time the sun graces our skies and our seas twinkle so elegantly reminding us of how lucky we really are!
