Nicole Durand is no stranger to The Riviera Woman. The talented artist and sculptor and now she has turned her hands to carving... chocolate!

Her recent piece was on show in the Monaco Yacht Club during this years Yacht Show. To create this piece, Nicole teamed up with Eduardo Corte, the patissier at the Meridien Hotel in Monaco. Above we see Nicole as she begins to mould chocolate into parts of the yacht she is to replicate.
