Ingredients:

2 Onions
Olive Oil
2 or 3 Fluid oz Cidre Vinegar
1 LB Sweet Plums
Some Chopper Crystalised Ginger (Optional)
Approx 6oz Sugar

Variation: Lime Juice or crushed Pine Nuts.

Method:

Dice the onions and fry in a saucpan with a little olive oil.
Add chopped plums (take out stone)
Add sugar and chopped ginger.
Finally add vinegar.
Stir well and leave to simmer for 30 minutes.

Serve with chesse and it goes well with pork.
