A delightful buttery hazelnut cake from La Creuse

Faire fondre le beurre et le laisser refroidir.
Le Creusois ne doit pas être trop cuit.

Preparation:
Melt the butter and let it cool. The Creusois does not have to be over cooked. It has to be soft. A great addition would be to serve with homemade custard. Bon appétit!
