The work created by artist and designer Zinaida Likhacheva is described as 'Ethno Modern'. Her use of geometry and colour are expressive but not pretentious. Her work strikes a chord and reflects her natural Ukrainian roots, revealing an inner spirit and the need to share her cultural simplicities. We see traditions being kept alive by being introduced seductively to a fast moving modern society.

Zinaida Likhacheva was one of many contemporary artists featured at the Art Monaco '11 exhibition and her display, full of vibrant colour was unique in that it fused art and fashion.
