It is the last day of August and the first day of a new week!

The tourists are on their way home and the locals slowly make their way back to work. Although the sun still reigns, there is the sense that autumn is on the way. Boutiques are dressing their mannequins in woolies, coats and boots.

Wendy and I have enjoyed our first summer working together... our autumnal plans are on the way.

We are pleased to introduce journalist Mary Jo Delaney with a fascinating read.

Helen Brotherton from Fine Wine Works set a 'Competition' and winners will receive a bottle of Vilmart Champagne.

With a new season upon us and if you are looking to change career, do consider Esprit Seminars. Deborah D'Alessandro has scheduled her October Courses.

Kim de Stanruth gives us more Pet Tips.

Wendy has been a busy bee... she met the wonderful artist Stefanie van Zyl, she tells us of the feelings of the recent prison release of the terrorist in Scotland and Wendy shares a little precious moment.

New to The Riviera Woman is Lesley Grocock who tells us about 'massage'.

I ask the question that has populated the newspapers recently 'Is air-brushing necessary' and at what cost?

Anne Naylor helps us think about 'Gratitude'

and Travel Writer Maureen Moss has tales from 'Down-Under'

"Quotations are from the book, "Oneness", by Rasha.

I look forward to hearing from you with your news and views...

Lots of Love,

ANNA
