It is mid September and autumn days are-a-coming...

The beaches are speckled with out of season tourists and locals who are cherishing the space. It may be hot by day but the evenings are gently cooling.

Every 15th and last day of each month, Wendy and I will put together an array of articles and features for you to read. If you let us know, we will be happy to feature you in our forthcoming editions.

This week, journalist Mary Jo Delaney is back and gets medical.

The Riviera Woman talks about the importance of being 'Breast Aware'.

And to keep well and stress free - 'Get Some Sleep' Have your say and Vote at the end of the article. We'll have the results next time.

With the hot summer days behind us, keep in shape and continue to look good. Deborah Marzohl is back with her Organic skin care workshops and Diet club.

With a new season upon us and a good time for change, Kate Cobb continues her career articles and explains the importance of 'Self-Esteem'

Get to know yourself better and find your strengths with the Free Analysis Test set by Deborah D'Alessandro from Esprit Seminars.

And to complete the work theme, I had the pleasure of meeting Alice Barker. Enjoy the interview and read about how she can help us women with her new 'Number 1 Ladies Website Agency'.

Wendy got stuck into yet another book and here's her review: The Entire Animal by Gregory Heath. And talking of animals, it's part 3 of Les Chats du Mercantour. Leslie Frasier is on a mission and she needs your help.

It has been a season of tomatoes with everything. From salad days we move to oven bakes. Here's a quick tasty recipe using those big juicy tomatoes: Indian Vegetarian Gourmet - Stuffed Tomatoes. Full details and video to watch.

For monthly vegetarian get-togethers, see the Calendar and for more details contact Janne. Another date to remember is: September 21st, World Peace Day. You can add your voice.

Talking of peace... Local photographer Pascale Digeaux captures a real tranquil moment on the Seine... You can see her full Gallery on The Riviera Woman.

As always, Anne Naylor inspires us with her regular features: take time out and read 6 Ways To Overcome Self Doubt and How to Have Fun With A Wish List

And FINALLY...  Don't forget to enter the Champagne Competition!!

We will leave you for now and as always look forward to hearing from you. We will have new features coming up in the next edition of The Riviera Woman at the end of the month.

Best wishes always,

ANNA and WENDY
