The greatly anticipated, traditional Christmas Ball in Monte-Carlo took place on Saturday, December 7 in the magnificent Salle Empire of the Hotel de Paris, marking the beginning of the winter season festivities in the Principality. This cosmopolitan Ball is organized by 5 Stars Events under the high patronage of HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco, with Zegg Cerlatti and Hublot as prestigious official partners, plus an International Action Committee of highly accomplished international women like Lady Monika del Campo Bacardi, Elisa Giusti, Inna Maier as Celina Lafuente de Lavotha, author of this article. French model and actress Sarah Marshall, granddaughter of Michelle Morgan, Italian presenter Federica Moro and the very young and talented Russian rock and pop-singer, model, actress Polina Butorina, came to support this glamorous evening.

Charity auction presented by Victoria Silvstedt

This year’s majestic decor evoked all the splendour of a White Christmas with scents of shining Yellow Gold that enveloped the elegant guests in the magic of the Holiday season. The organizers of the Ball firmly believe that luxury and social responsibility go hand in hand, so they arranged for a live charity auction conducted by Cyrille Cohen of Sotheby’s, and a raffle with attractive lots from generous donors presented by Swedish celebrity model Victoria Silvstedt, which raised Euros 61,000 for Action Innocence Monaco, presided by Mme Louisette Levy Soussan, with their main mission to preserve the dignity and integrity of children in the Internet.

Delice Show and LeeBroz

As for the entertainment program this year, to everybody’s surprise the dance floor was transformed into a synthetic skating rink for the incredible performance by dancers from the Delice Show, while black soul singer LeeBroz enhanced the festive atmosphere with his traditional Christmas songs getting his inspiration from famous artists. Of course DJ Andrea T Mendoza, Resident of Billionaire, was back by unanimous demand to guarantee a superb evening by keeping the fun loving guests dancing all night long!  Let the Holiday Season begin!
