Everyone is welcome to the FREE INTRODUCTORY SESSIONS on April 10th from 18h to 19h30 in Beausoleil and April 21st from 10am to 11h30 in Mougins, where we will practice some mindfulness meditation and grasp an understanding of what Mindfulness really is. Each participant will receive a free meditation download.
To transform your life, you will have the opportunity to sign up for an 8 week course and establish a regular meditation practice which will shift your outlook from "anxious and overwhelmed" to "coping and clever".
