It's International Women's Day and women are celebrating all over the world. But really we should celebrate everyday because as women we know the power of passion... It can move mountains! Not that we have to move mountains, we just need to believe we can.

This is what being a Woman says to me: Let me start with...

W... Two words spring to mind, warm and work. As women we should be warm and always remember that through hard work we will succeed.

O... Is for opportunity. We need to seek it and seize it.

M... M is for manly - Let me explain... As women we need to have the b**** ...the courage to carry on.

A... Is for audacious - Fearing nothing.

N... This is for never, never giving up.

This is the power of passion.
