The Hotel Metropole was awarded the title of 'Best' hotel in the world for 2010. Having visited the hotel on a number of occasions, I was keen to speak to the press and public relations manager Odile Firmin-Guion about what makes the hotel so special. I was delighted to get to know Odile better and find out more about her role and how she manages to juggle being a mother of three young children with a demanding professional career.
