Wine Times with Bradley Mitton

Bradley Mitton, owner of Mitton International Wines in Berlin completed school to focus on the culinary arts and worked for eleven years in the food and beverage industry in Asia positioning himself amongst the most reputable fine dining restaurants in Australia's Gold Coast, Cairns, Hong Kong, Manila and Seoul. Bradley's passion for excellence was generated through working with great vintners in particular Robert Mondavi, Trimbach of Alsace, Drouhin of Burgundy, Chapoutier of the Rhone Valley and other iconic new world wine figures.

Bradley travels throughout Europe training and educating hotel and restaurant employees in the diversity and regionality of Australian and New Zealand wines. Through his social platform Club Vivanova, Bradley is able to host sell-out events in Berlin, Prague, Monte Carlo and Warsaw every month building great business and social connections.
