The David Bowie Tribute at Carré Doré in Monaco

One of the greats in the music industry has joined the other Heroes in the sky. David Bowie, singer/songwriter had touched not just one generation but so many, and it is impossible for anyone to forget those Rebel Rebel years.

Those of us in the music industry will always mourn his premature departure but we know that at least his Golden Years will live on forever. David Bowie did not just create music, he created a philosophy and his legacy will continue through future artists who will draw inspiration from his unique image, style and talent.

The Carré Doré Gallery in Monaco, has dedicated their new exhibition to David Bowie, a tribute to the legend who influenced not just the world of music but fashion and art and it was only fitting that they held the Grand Opening exactly one year following his parting.

Curator Favia Cannata under the guidance of gallery owner Ludmila Arsenieva have created a powerful exhibition rich in colour and full of flair, reflecting the extravagant lifestyle of the pop icon David Bowie. The evening was a fusion of Sound and Vision and the musical cultural event had everyone Dancing in the Street.

The 'Tribute To David Bowie' exhibition will run until 31st January at the Carré Doré Art Gallery in Monaco. So put on your red shoes and Let's Dance by taking a nostalgic trip and appreciating the works of artists who keep the memory of David Bowie alive.

David Bowie released 25 studio albums, 9 live albums, 49 compilation albums, 8 extended plays (EPs), 121 singles, including 5 UK number one singles, and 3 soundtracks. Bowie also released 14 video albums and 59 music videos. With such a catalogue it is almost impossible to have one single favourite but so to settle for one outstanding track, it has to be Changes.
