3 Ripe Avocados - Soft to the touch
4 Green Spring Onions
1 Ripe Tomato
Handful of Cilantro (Coriander)
1 Tablespoon Sliced Jalapenos
1 Fresh Lime
Dice the Onion
Rough cut the Cilantro
Fine dice the Tomato
Mince/chop finely the Jalapeno Peppers
Cut the avocados in half and scoop out all flesh.
Add together the rest of the ingredients and squeeze in the juice of the lime.
With a fork, mash all together and then season with salt and pepper.
Place into a small serving dish.
A chefs tip - put one of the avocado seeds into the dish to stop the Guacamole from turning brown.
